Return Window

We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us within that window to request return authorization and instructions. Non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility and Condition

For a change-of-mind return, clothing must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with its original tags and accessories where provided. Customers should inspect the parcel promptly. Defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or wrong items are handled with appropriate statutory remedies even where ordinary condition requirements would not apply.

How to Start a Return

Email ferrissreckart@gmail.com with your order number, the item concerned, the reason for return, and photos where relevant. Wait for return instructions before mailing the parcel. Returns are sent by mail; in-person drop-off is not represented as available.

Return Mailing Address

Our designated return receiving address is: 5467 US-7, Ferrisburgh, VT 05456, United States. Send returns only to the authorized return address; follow the return instructions provided by customer support. The address must be able to receive parcels.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For eligible non-defective or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. No prepaid label or fixed-price return shipping is promised unless offered in your specific return instructions. For damaged, defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders, we cover reasonable return shipping costs when return is required. For any cross-border return, we will tell you the destination and relevant shipping requirements before you send it; no undisclosed international return charge should be imposed.

Inspection and Refund Timeline

We inspect returned parcels within 5 calendar days of receipt. For approved returns, we initiate the refund within 5 calendar days after the inspection is approved. The original payment provider or bank typically posts the credit in about 5 business days afterward, but timing varies by institution. These are separate stages, not a guaranteed fixed total number of days.

Refund Amount, Shipping and Fees

No restocking fee is charged ($0). For ordinary change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise. For seller error, damage or defects, applicable refunds and shipping-cost remedies will be provided. The refund is normally issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges and Cancellation

We do not offer routine direct exchanges; where appropriate, a defective or incorrect item may be replaced. To request cancellation, contact ferrissreckart@gmail.com promptly. We can cancel only when the order has not entered a stage where cancellation is no longer possible; otherwise the Return & Refund Policy applies.
