Delivery Area

We offer shipping only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military and diplomatic addresses. Availability and exact eligibility must match the checkout shipping zones.

Shipping Origin

Orders are stated to ship from 5467 US-7, Ferrisburgh, VT 05456, United States. This shipping origin is also our designated return receiving address and is distinct from our contact address.

Order Cutoff and Processing

The daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders received after the cutoff may begin processing the next business day. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. This cutoff and processing schedule must be followed in actual operations.

Transit and Total Delivery Estimate

Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 6–11 business days after order processing begins for eligible orders, subject to carrier delays, address verification, holidays and weather. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping Charges

Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $35.99 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders below $35.99 incur a standard shipping charge of $2.99. Applicable taxes or other legally required charges, if any, are disclosed at checkout; the checkout total must match this policy.

Tracking and Delivery Problems

If tracking is provided, it will be shared using the contact details submitted at checkout. If a package is delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly, contact ferrissreckart@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide remedies required by applicable law and the circumstances.
